Well, I'm Elle Jaye, and I am a professional businesswoman who facilitates workshops and conversations and events in partnership with you. So, what's the satisfaction? You know, Rolling Stone says I can't get no satisfaction. Well, let me tell you, when you are here with me, my hope and my goal is to provide you some satisfaction, because as capable women, you are weighed down by overwomen, second guessing, self abandonment. Some of us call it self sacrifice, and I'm here to let you know, you don't have to do that. I thought I had to do that. I thought that was what was expected of me, in order to produce results. Like Michelle Obama, I was checking a lot of boxes. Like, ooh, that's a result. That's a result. That's a result. But inside of me was this war. I was
Elle Jaye:definitely successful on the outside, just like you are, but inside and behind closed doors, there's this there's this battle, there's this tension, and when we evolve, we're choosing a path. So you are here for a mirror, where you get to reflect on who you have been, not reflecting on results. Who have you been this whole entire time that you probably overlooked chasing result after result? There's a map. I'm going to share with you my journey, my story of being a woman who is. I have a master's 4.0 in that thing. I've been working. I went from entry level to manager in four years. I know what success is. I know what it means to transition from job to job and bring excellence, I know what it means to be a business owner and support and partner with women on their journey. And then there's the method. As I was on my journey, there were so many methods that were created as pathways out of some stinking thinking, some results-driven being a box captive. No, throw the throw the box
